How do I order online?

Step 1 - Selecting Items

Go to our 'Shop' Top menu and browse through our collection, by clicking on the product images you will be taken through to our Product pages where you can select what colour and sizes you wish to purchase.

Step 2 - Adding to Bag

Once you have decided on the colour and size you wish to order click on the 'add to bag' button. You should be now able to see 'Your Bag', a list of your items will appear and you can edit your order by removing or adding items to your bag. If you wish to keep shopping, click on ‘continue shopping’ or go to ‘checkout’ if you have completed your order.

Step 3 - Reviewing order

Again you can edit your order by adding or removing items, If giftwrapping is required just tick the box, if you have a Promo code, simply type in the code in the required field. After completing go to 'continue'

Step 3 - Contact/Shipping details

Fill in your correct details and follow the prompts, please make sure you fill in the fields marked with an asterisk*. You have the option of selecting which shipping method you prefer.
Once completed, click on the 'continue'

Step 4 - Order Confirmation & Payment

A list of your order will appear, it is very important to check your order to see if all of the details are correct, once you are happy to proceed, please enter in your payment details and click on 'submit order'. Shortly after you submit your order will receive an order confirmation email from us letting you know we have received your order.

SHIPPING EMAIL

After we have dispatched your order you will received a shipping confirmation email with your delivery tracking details so you can track the status of your delivery.

How much is postage?

Postage is $14.95 within Australia and $29.95 for International deliveries.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

For standard delivery, please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
Our orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post so please select an address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours. If no one is home and there is no safe and secure place to leave the parcel, Australia Post may leave a card for you to collect your parcel from your local post office.

For international deliveries, please allow 7-10 working days. Our orders are sent via Australia Post Registered International Mail and a signature is required upon delivery.

Please note: all international orders are subject to Duties and Taxes.

Run Scotty Run is not responsible for any extra charges occurred after the order has left Australia, so please check with your local customs department to see if there will be any duty/ tax charges before placing your order.

If there is an item on your order that is no longer available or if there is a delay in your order we will contact you immediately.

Can I place an order if I don't live in Australia?

We do ship internationally, please see above for charges and shipping details. All prices online are displayed in AUD Dollars, all international orders are GST free and the tax will be taken off at the checkout. Additional Duties and Taxes may be applicable upon receiving your order so please check with your local customs department to see if there will be any duty/tax charges before placing your order.

Can I return my order?

We understand it's a little difficult sometimes to buy online so we are more than happy to exchange items over (depending on availability) or give you a refund within the 14 days of purchase.
If you would like to return an item to us, you are responsible for the postage/shipping charges but we will not charge you freight again for exchange goods.
When you receive your order, a returns form will be included in with your order. Simply, fill in your details, the return/exchange details and follow the rest of instructions on the form. Please allow 5 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed. Once we have refunded your Sorry, no refunds on sale items.


What happens if my order hasn't arrived?

Once your order has been despatched, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. On this email will be an Australia Post tracking number, simply go to www.auspost.com.au/track/ http://www.auspost.com.au/track  and enter in your barcode number under 'Domestic Tracking'. If you still can not track your order, please email woof@runscottyrun.com.au

How do I return my order?

When you receive your order, a returns form will be included in with your order. Simply, fill in your details, the return/exchange details and follow the rest of instructions on the form. If you would like to return an item to us, you are responsible for the postage/shipping charges but we will not charge you freight again for exchange goods. Sorry, no returns for sale items, swimwear, underwear or earrings so please choose carefully.

What is promo code?

We have some fantastic instore and online promotions. To receive these special promotions, you have to be signed up to our Run Scotty Run Club House Program or become a fan of our Facebook or Twitter pages. To redeem the offer, simply type in the Promo code at Checkout.

Is the website secure?

Our website is secure as we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, you can also see if the site is secure by looking out for the a closed locked or broken key icon on your screen & the URL address will begin with https:// , if you are still unsure about placing an order online please find the closest stockist on our 'Stockists' page or call our Run Scotty Run Chadstone store on 03 9563 3355.

Can I order over the phone?

What happens if the item I want is no longer available online or is sold out?

If you are after a particular item that is no longer available, please email us at woof@runscottyrun.com.au

Can I buy gift vouchers and redeem vouchers online?

Unfortunately gift vouchers can only be purchased and redeemed instore at our Run Scotty Run store at Chadstone. If you can not make it into the store, please call 03 9563 3355.

Can I return an item that I bought instore or at a boutique to the online store?

Unfortunately the online store can only accept purchases made at the Run Scotty Run Flagship store or the online store. If you have purchased the item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly as they will be more than happy to help you.
