Return Policy

We understand it's a little difficult sometimes to buy online so we are more than happy to exchange items over (depending on availability) or give you a refund within the 14 days of purchase. If you would like to return an item to us, you are responsible for the postage/ shipping charges back to us but we will not charge you freight again for exchanged goods. Sorry, no refunds on sale items, swimwear, underwear or earrings.

When you receive your order, a returns form will be included in with your order. Simply, fill in your details, the return/exchange details and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and follow the rest of instructions on the form.

Please allow 5 working days for exchanges and refunds to be processed. Once we have refunded your account we will email you a confirmation of the transaction.

Please note: Run Scotty Run E-boutique can only receive returns that has been made via the Run Scotty Run E-boutique store or via the Run Scotty Run Flagship store. If you have purchased the item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly as they will be more than happy to help you.
